Xrossway Solutions ensures 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failure to fulfill your special designing requirements, or inability to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your entire design order amount will be refunded.

Cancellation & Refunds by the Company

Kindly note that there may be certain orders that we cannot accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason without any claims or liability to pay finance charges or interest on the amount

Situations that may result in your order being canceled include but are not limited to inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, technical or technological problems, or problems identified in relation to credit/debit fraud. It may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order

If the order is canceled by the Company after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be refunded to that credit/debit card account.

Cancellation by the Customer

You can cancel your order anytime before we have delivered the Services ordered. If you wish to cancel your order, you must give us clear written instructions that you wish to cancel your order by email to the address and including ORDER CANCELLATION in the subject line.

If you cancel your order before the Service(s) have been delivered, we will charge you only for the work done to date. If applicable, we will refund to the card with which you made payment any overpayment you may have already made.

Because the work we do is custom to your specifications, refunds are only given under rare circumstances with the written approval of Executive Management.

We cannot cancel your order if you are unable to provide us with proof of purchase or if we believe that you have made use of the Service(s).
